Customs and rules
Breakfast time is from 7:30 to 11:30.
Agreements with restaurants are available at our reception , we will be happy to deliver a discount card for the affiliated restaurants.
The wi-fi service is available throughout the hotel (network “ Hotel_Zavatta ” password: zavattamare ).
Check-in is until 21:30.
From 21:30 to 23:30 extra 15€/room. After 23:30 check-in is no longer allowed and will be postponed to the next day from 08:00 onwards.
Check-out must take place by 10:00 on the day of departure , if you wish to use the room even in the afternoon until 14:00 (subject to availability) the cost is €20 per room.
Access to the room and to the apartments is allowed only to people who have been registered. Any unregistered person (friends, family, etc.) will be able to go up to the room or apartment for just a few minutes. It is not allowed to use the services of the structure (shower, toilet, bed, etc.) if the regular check-in has not been carried out and the daily rate has not been paid.
Deposit for the apartments: access to the apartments is subject to the payment of a deposit of € 50.00 which will be paid during check-in.
Room linen. Every day we are committed to tidying up and arranging each room in the best possible way. Our staff will change towels and face cloths whenever necessary. Despite this we ask for particular attention for the laundry especially if used only by one person, often it is sufficient to hang it to dry it and make it usable again at least for one more time. We ask attention to the ladies with make-up and we invite them to use "disposable" paper towels so as not to dirty, often irreversibly, the towels which in this case will have to be thrown away.
Deposit. As with any hotel, the reservation is subject to and is confirmed only after having paid the "deposit".
The deposit has always been a way to protect the hotel in the event of no-show or cancellation by guests. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable but can only be used in another period of the summer, compatibly with our availability.
smokers. As in any public building, it is not possible to smoke in the room.
Bar. A well-stocked bar is available at the Villa Zavatta hotel for coffee, aperitifs, spirits, beers, etc. In the bar it is not possible to request to insert bottles and drinks purchased outside our structure.
Bicycle and unicycle storage. Those interested in bringing their own bicycles should inform us before arrival as our space is limited. The deposit of each bicycle is subject to a cost of 4 € per day for each bicycle.
Luggage storage. Free.
Parking: We have parking on site and also a car park 400m away. Parking is available until check-out and no later than 10:00, if you wish to use the place all day the cost is €10.00.
