For the safety of our guests and all the operating staff, we have created a dedicated Anti Covid-19 protocol, thanks to the collaboration with our partner company on hygiene and safety in all areas of the Hotel.
In order to obtain the maximum level of effectiveness, we continuously update the protocol to ensure maximum peace of mind and safety for all our guests and collaborators.
Safety
- Certified personal protective equipment, masks, gloves and gel dispensers will always be used and also available to guests who do not have them.
- Protective plexiglass at the reception desks and in the common areas.
- Safety signs on the floor or on the wall.
- Invitation to use the elevator one person at a time or members of the same group.
- Guaranteed spacing in the catering area with limited entrances.
Disinfection
- Sanitization of environments: corridors, common areas and rooms thanks also to the use of ionizing machines.
- Cleaning of surfaces in the hall, in the reception, on the furnishing elements, in the toilets, lifts and relative push-button panels.
